Petrolab welcomes Bradley Staniforth

Petrolab are delighted to welcome Bradley Staniforth. Bradley has a Masters degree in Applied and Environmental Geology from the University of Leicester where he graduated from in 2014. Since then he has completed seven years experience, most recently working as a Senior geomaterials scientist at RSK Consulting.  He brings experience of petrographic and materials investigations of various natural and manmade materials to British, European and American standards. He has experience in project management and reporting of materials consultancy and structural and materials investigation projects. He has more than seven years experience working within a UKAS accredited, ISO 9001; 14001; 45001 compliant construction materials testing laboratory and consultancy. Bradley has also filled the role of deputy quality manager has extensive experience providing technical support to materials expert witnesses.

Bradley has experience in the field and with laboratory testing. He has also worked as part of bigger multidisciplinary teams on large-scale development projects. He has been involved in a range of investigations including aggregate assessments, quality control of aggregate and concrete, engineering petrography, concrete and aggregate suitability trials, concrete condition assessments, coating and facade investigations, materials durability investigations, structural materials assessments, historic materials investigations, and substrata investigations of rock and ground conditions.

Concurrently with Bradley’s arrival we are also pleased to announce the promotion of Corinne Garner to Senior Mineralogist. Since joining the company 4 years ago, Corinne has been a tireless worker committed to continuous professional development and good customer service. Her promotion is well deserved.
